As a CNA/Caregiver at Traditions Senior Care, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day life of our residents, helping them with daily living activities and fostering a sense of community and belonging. Your dedication and commitment to their well-being will make a positive impact in their lives.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Physically able to stand for long periods, perform heavy lifting, and work across multiple locations
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including shift work, weekends, and holidays

- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Provide residents with mobility assistance, transferring and repositioning them, as needed
- Aid in the application of individualized care plans, ensuring personalized support for each resident
- Observe and monitor residents’ health, reporting any changes or concerns to the supervisory nurse or care manager
- Encourage social interaction and engagement, participating in group activities and events with residents
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, following infection control protocols
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying of residents’ living spaces
- Work effectively with team members, communicating and collaborating to provide optimal care
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry best practices
- Previous caregiving experience, preferably in an assisted living or similar setting
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- CPR and First Aid certification
